Farm Credit of the Virginias’ support of agriculture and rural communities extends beyond the agricultural credit and financial services we offer. As engaged rural community members, we seek opportunities to strengthen the communities we serve.
Our community engagement ranges from small-scale local efforts to greater regional support. Causes we're passionate about include food security, veteran services, youth agriculture involvement and literacy, disaster relief and more. West Virginia Farm Credit Associations Donate $15,000 to Mountaineer Food Bank
Horizon Farm Credit and Farm Credit of the Virginias – the two Farm Credit associations serving West Virginia – made a recent collaborative donation totaling $15,000 to the Mountaineer Food Bank. The funds will support the Mountaineer Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry Program.
